No changes may be made after an order is submitted.
How our system is designed your order is first verified and then transfered to the shipping department to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order
unless notified before processing!
We have the right to refuse services to anyone... for our security purposes. |
Items out of stock: We do our best to keep our website accurate to current time, but if for any reason a item or size of a item you purchase it out of stock we will contact you. You will have the right to choose another item, wait for availability, or immediate full refund of purchase placed. If a item is out of stock it usually takes 4 weeks for arrival of our new shipment to our warehouse. |

At Biker Chap.com we want you to be happy with your purchase, if not or if you encounter a problem with your purchase please follow the instructions given below. We do not charge a restocking, however shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Exchanges are processed within 5 business days or based on current availability, refunds in 14 business days. Please track your returned shipment as it is your responsibility to ensure it arrives at our docks. If you don’t receive your exchange within 10 days or if you don’t receive your refund within 14 days; please contact us.
If any item received by you is defective or damaged in transit, it can only be exchanged for the exact same item in the same size. Any damaged item received must be coordinated with us within 72 hours of receiving. Please follow the policy above to ensure quick resolution to your concerns and that the item is received without damage. We will refund or replacement to you the item as soon as possible. If you need your exchange item faster, please place a new order and send the other item back asking for full a refund as you paid shipping (only the lesser of the two shipping costs will be refunded). Please include your new order number as proof.
